Welcome!

Did you know accutane was originally developed as a chemotherapy medication for diseases such as brain cancer? A chemical used in chemotherapy generally works by killing cells that divide rapidly. This is why it can cause alopecia (hair loss), or stunted bone growth.

This is a blog for anyone who has taken the drug, accutane, and has experienced side effects they feel strongly outweigh the benefits. Leave your stories about what accutane did to you below.

Check the pages out too. I will fill them up with links regarding accutane, stories about it, and it's side effects. As well as proof that it may cause growth arrest and suicide and other horrible things it can do to your body.

We also incourage you to report your side-effects to La Roche by email or by phone at their drug safety department. You can easily find this number online, but there is a different number for every area so they won't be posted here. You can also contact the FDA in the US or health Canada in Canada.
